This meditative system utilizes breath, mantra and visualization to activate the whole energetic field and awaken the inner circuits so that prana can flow freely.
Ajapa Dharana practice awakens a deeper experience of existence, stimulating the dormant energetic and psychic potential that lies within. In this seminar learn the first 5 stages of Ajapa Dharana, utilizing concentration on different psychic passages. Harnessing and directing this energy will gradually result in one-pointed concentration, preparing the practitioner for the final stages, which lead to the highest experience of life.
Swami Karma Karuna will accompany Swami Muktidharma and guide you through preparatory asana and pranayama practices to open the body, mind and prana for the powerful meditation of Ajapa Dharana. With the prana activated, Swami Muktidharma will then lead you into the depths of your "self”.

About Swami Muktidharmananda Saraswati
Swami Muktidharma has more than a 35 year history with yoga, having begun his spiritual journey as a young man in his native Colombia, before spending 16 years in India living directly with Yoga and Tantra Master Paramahamsa Satyananda.
Swami Muktidharma’s understanding of the yoga science is practical, well supported by science and philosophy, and comes from his personal experience over many years. The Satyananda style of yoga integrates aspects of Hatha, Raja, Karma, Mantra, Bhakti Yogas, along with other traditions, creating a unified as well as flexible system
Swami Muktidharma travels throughout the world dedicated to sharing inspiration, knowledge, and solid techniques in conferences, retreat centres, and yoga schools. His main purpose is to inspire and uplift humanity.
He takes groups to India for in depth retreats and has released 3 meditation Cd’s. Swami Muktidharma is based at Anahata Yoga Retreat in New Zealand where he works therapeutically with people from around the world and trains residents in living a yogic lifestyle.
