Oasis Holistic is offering a 6-week lunch hour course based on the Svastha Sthira-Sukha Series which has been developed by Sri AG Mohan and Indra Mohan for yoga practitioners of all levels. This Series is specifically designed to facilitate the experience of meditative flow via linked posture sequences, achieving the five goals of yoga practice:
- strength
- flexibility
- structural alignment
- proper functioning of body systems
- mental steadiness
As the classes will be structured progressively from easier to more challenging sequences, participants will benefit more from the program by committing to at least 1 class a week. Practice sheets will be given out to support home practice.
Fees:
$20 per drop-in / 1 Oasis Holistic pass stamp
$100 for a package of 6 classes / 5 Oasis Holistic pass stamps
Registration is required for all sessions.
About Bryon Ng:
Bryon has been practicing yoga since 1999 and began teaching 4 years ago. He is a graduate of the 12-month Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda diploma course conducted by AG Mohan, a long-time student of the late yoga master Sri T. Krishnamacharya.
Bryon is also currently a student of Osteopathic Medicine in Melboure, Australia and finds his studies very helpful in understanding the holistic and personal approach of yoga. He continues to further his interests in yoga therapy and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras with teachers in Australia.
